These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the 555h platform ("we", "the Company", "555h") and the user of the platform ("you", "member"). This agreement takes effect as soon as you visit or use the 555h.click website.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount per transaction is determined by the applicable payment method.
• Deposit Processing: Usually instant. If delayed due to technical reasons, it will be resolved within 24 hours.
• Withdrawal Time: Typically processed within 5–30 minutes via bKash and Nagad. Delays may occur if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Name Match: The name on your account must match the name on your payment account. Withdrawals to mismatched names will be rejected.

The following betting rules at 555h apply to all members:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless 555h voids it due to a technical error.
• 555h reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.
• Odds may change during live betting due to network delays. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• Bets may be placed on multiple markets within a single match; however, placing bets on the same outcome from different accounts (arbitrage) is prohibited.
• The cash-out feature is available on selected events. The cash-out value is determined based on the probable outcome at the time of the request.
• Any bet placed by exploiting a technical issue may be voided and the account may be closed.

555h offers betting across a range of sports and games. Separate minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each category, as shown in each market.

555h offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms. General bonus conditions are as follows:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, applicable on the first deposit. Each member is eligible once.
• Wagering Requirement: A specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The exact figure is stated in each bonus notification.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.

• Arbitrage betting or promotional abuse.
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Harassing, intimidating, or threatening other members or staff.
• Deliberately exploiting system errors or bugs.
• Selling or transferring an account or balance to a third party.

Any breach of these prohibitions entitles 555h to close the account, forfeit the balance, and pursue legal action without prior notice.

555h may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of terms and conditions is established.
• If false identity or information is provided.
• If KYC documents are not submitted within 30 days of being requested.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Due to extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

To voluntarily close your account, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before closure. Note that any bonus balance will be forfeited if the applicable bonus terms have not been met.

555h strives to maintain 99.98% uptime using advanced technology. However, 555h will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Bets lost due to internet connectivity issues.
• Errors in third-party software or payment gateways.
• Service disruptions due to natural disasters or government directives.
• Cyberattacks or hacking (despite all security measures being in place).

If a technical error results in an incorrect credit or debit, 555h will restore the correct balance. Member cooperation in such cases is appreciated.

555h believes gaming is for entertainment — not a source of income. We are committed to responsible gaming:

• Deposit Limit: Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You have the option to exclude yourself from the platform for a set period of time.

Any claim or dispute must be submitted within 30 days of the incident. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
